Who we are

Zeyvu is a creative video studio based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through zeyvu.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

When you submit an application or the Content Checkup, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business name, links you share (such as a website or Instagram handle), your goals, timeline, investment range, and any other details you include. If you request a call, we also collect a phone number.

We do not collect payment information through this website. The on-site assistant runs entirely in your browser; those conversations are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to review your application, respond to you, and — if we work together — to plan and deliver your project. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for unrelated marketing.

Form processing

Application submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Their handling of submission data is described in their own privacy policy at formspree.io.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage for two things only: remembering your language preference (English or Spanish) and keeping your assistant conversation available on your device. You can clear both at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep application information for as long as it's relevant to a potential or active project. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted. Write to contact@zeyvu.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
