Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 — Every project also receives a written proposal confirming its specific scope, timeline, and investment. These terms explain how we work in general.
What Zeyvu delivers
Zeyvu creates strategic video content: creative strategy, concepts, scripts, production, editing, platform-ready exports, and publishing guidance. Each project's exact deliverables, number of videos, and revision rounds are defined in its proposal before work begins.
What Zeyvu does not do
Zeyvu does not manage social media accounts. Posting, comments, direct messages, community management, paid ads, and daily account operations remain the client's responsibility. We provide guidance on how to publish and use the content effectively, but publishing itself is on the client's side.
Payment
Projects begin after a deposit is received — typically 50% of the project investment, with the remainder due before final files are delivered. Monthly partnerships are billed at the start of each monthly cycle. Final deliverables are released once payment is complete.
Revisions
Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its proposal (pilots include two rounds). Feedback is collected in one consolidated batch per round. Additional rounds, or changes requested after a version has been approved, are quoted separately before any extra work begins.
Scope changes
If a request goes beyond the agreed scope — additional videos, new concepts, extra platforms, added formats — we'll flag it, quote it, and only proceed once you approve. No surprise charges, and no surprise unpaid work.
Client assets and responsiveness
Most projects are built with assets the client provides: photos, footage, logos, and brand material. The client confirms they have the rights to share those assets. Delivery timelines start when we've received the required assets, and pause when we're waiting on client feedback or approvals. If a project sits without client response for 30 days, it may be marked paused and rescheduled based on availability; extended pauses may require a restart fee.
Approvals
The client approves the creative direction before production and approves the final deliverable before the project closes. Approval at each stage confirms the work meets the agreed scope.
Delivery
Deliverables are provided digitally as final exported video files, organized and named for each platform. Project working files (timelines, source compositions) are not included unless purchased separately as part of the proposal.
Usage rights
Once a project is paid in full, the client receives full rights to use the delivered videos for their business — organic social, website, email, and advertising for their own brand. Zeyvu retains the right to display delivered work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project starts.
Production methods
Zeyvu combines creative direction, editing, visual production, and modern production tools, which may include AI-assisted techniques where they serve the concept. Any use of a real person's voice or likeness requires that person's explicit written consent, collected during onboarding. Generated visual elements are used for brand-fit storytelling, never to impersonate real people or deceive the client's customers.
No guaranteed results
We engineer every video for attention, clarity, and action — but no one can guarantee views, virality, follower growth, or revenue, and we don't. Results also depend on factors outside our control, including how consistently the content is published and how each platform distributes it.
Rush work
Timelines faster than the standard delivery window may be available depending on capacity and carry a rush fee, quoted before the project starts.
Austin production add-on
In-person filming in Austin is a premium add-on quoted separately, subject to availability. Rescheduling a confirmed filming window with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations and refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit covers work completed to that point and is non-refundable. Monthly partnerships can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle; the current cycle's content is completed and delivered as planned. If Zeyvu cannot deliver a project for reasons on our side, any unearned payment is refunded.
Third-party platforms
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube change their formats, specs, and rules regularly. We deliver content built to current platform standards at the time of delivery; platform-side changes after delivery are outside our control.
